AThis is the first time I have made a lot of cupcakes. I am making them for Mother's Day for my church so I am making over 100. I want to garnish them with a fresh strawberry, but can I do that Saturday and then refrigerate them overnight? The icing is just the krusteaz white creme icing mix that I will mix with raspberry jam. The cupcakes are already made, filled with lemon creme, and frozen. Any suggestions?
