Is anyone else really sorry they bought the Get Sassie Gun for using isomalt? It took forever to get it, then finally when I got it, I kinda put it in the closet, and forgot about it. So, today I finally took it out to check it out, and it worked for like the 1st minute and that was it!! It was supposed to light up pink when it is fully heated up, never did, only got to the solid blue color. Now I have isomalt in it, that won't come out or be melted out. What a waste of money!! If it really did work it would of been awesome!!!!! Am I doing something wrong or is just a piece of crap?

AYowza! I am so glad I never bought it! I am following the other thread on them, because I did think it sounded so cool!

I bought this piece of crap and it didn't work. I contacted the company and they gave me the run around.  I was then asked to send it back.  I did and then they stop responding, so I am out of $80 including the gun, sticks and shipping.  I contacted the guy who told me that he would send me another gun and he said he was no longer the contact person.  My bank would not reverse the charges because of the time lapse.  GET SASSIE SUCKS
