AHi I've been trying to find a good source of flavourings for buttercream - I've had ones from supermarket which are ok and spent a fortune on beau food flavourings but I'm disappointed with their outcome as you have to use so much to get a subtle hint of flavour and they seem quite chemically - does anyone know any good brands?

Thankyou :)

Olive Nation has very good extracts.  They are made from real fruit.  The only issue is that they are colored naturally by the fruit from which they are extracted.  So the cherry extract is a reddish brown.  If you want clear flavorings, and don't care if they are artificial, Lorann has several candy flavorings which you can use for cakes or buttercreams.

AHi thankyou - they look great :) I'm not too fussed about them colouring the buttercream as long as the flavour is good :) thankyou for your reply :-D
