Does anyone know how to get fondant to a redish brick color?

Add some brown food coloring to it, that will darken it to a brick color.

Red and brown.  I think I also had some copper in the mix.  It took me a bit of fiddling with it to get just the right colour.

Just remember to colour the fondant a few hours or even the day before you need it.  The colour will deepen.
