Holy Moly there are a lot of dusts out there!

I am making some fondant cookie toppers and the fondant will be dark blue. I need to put some silver on top that will show.  I have some dust that I got from a cake shop a long time ago and need to buy some more, but now there are so many options I don't know which one it was that I bought!

What kind of silver dust will show up best on dark blue fondant?

Thank you!

Perhaps the larger issue is that if the original dust is older, there are now better options that are truly edible, rather than just non-toxic.

I've used the Bright Silver from sugarpaste.com--it's FDA approved and edible--with excellent results.
