Hello

How many poumds of white chocolate will I need to make 300 cake truffles( cake pop size)?

Can someone recommend a good dipping chocolate? Not a big fan of Wilton's; a bit too thick for my liking.

How many cake truffles do you get from 1 pound?   just do the maths

300 divided by (the number above) = how many pounds of choc you will need
 

Hi Apple.... well the last time I did this( which was to be the LAST time I did this lol) the order was for 250 cake truffles. To be honest; I can't remember how many bags of chocolate I used..just kept dumping them in the warmer.
