I have noticed that I get a lot of crumbs on my cakes when I freeze them before decorating. Does anybody else has the same problem? I wrap my cake in a saran/plastic wrap and then wrap it in the aluminium foil before freezing it. Am I doing something wrong or is it normal to get so many crumbs after freezing the cakes? If not, what should I do to get less crumbs after freezing the cake. I let my cakes thaw fully before starting with the crumb coat and decoration. Can anyone advise?
