I have read several threads and looked everywhere it told me....still no album. any new suggestions?

I have written before but failed to get an answer.

The support service on this site is simply horrible.. why is it so hard to reply?

Even if the site's owners have decided to erase this category they can simply say that this is the case.

Not answering is the worst service!

AGive me a sec and ill tell you who to contact. I finally did some digging and found the right person to contact as they were gracious enough to unlock it for me:) sice it's a free site I don't get to bothered if they take a while to respond or don't respond at all. So far the knowledge I have gained from this site and there members you can't pay for !!! Give them a break we are all human :))))) ill get you info in a sec
