I am making my brothers wedding cake that need to serve 150 people. I had decided to do a 3 tiered mud cake with the layers being 6inch, 10inch and 16inch. I would like their to be some definition between the layers. I have now realised that the 16inch might not fit in my oven. I have not yet purchased the 16inch tin but have looked at my oven and believe it will not fit. I am willing to make it a 4 tiered cake but am unsure of the cake sizes.
Some help would be greatly appreciated.
