AHi Guys--

I actually have 2 questions-

1). Is there ANYWHERE I can order or buy edible music sheets for a Broadway themed cake?? Ooh I need it by next week- ugh!!!! Feeling desperate!!

2) when making modeling chocolate with Witon candy melts, can I add regular Ameri Gel colors ( the ones I use to color fondant) or do I have to use oil based-- (is there any real chocolate in those anyway- ha!!)

Thanks for any gudance on these two questions

Mo

a local bakery could print out edible images for you.

And I've used whatever coloring I've had on had to color melts.

Look at the back of the Wilton Candy Melt Package---I am pretty sure CHOCOLATE isn't on it.  I have used regular Ameri Gel you have to becareful though cause it can sieze up.  And like Savannah said any bakery can print a music sheet.....

=-)

Re:  coloring CANDY CLAY made from Candy Melts: You can use pretty much any colors you want if you mix them with the corn syrup first.
