AHi I have a friend in England whose birthday is next week I live in Edinburgh and have found a courier who would deliver the cake has anyone used parcel hero? was going to do round fondant covered with piped decorations think this would be safer than cupcakes what would be the best way to send the cake. If I stuck cake to board with butter icing put in cake box wrapped in bubble wrap and then in cardboard box do you think it will be safe or can anyone recommend how to package.
