Hey Guys.

I have a wedding cake that im just about to stack up.
Although i dont know whether i should ganache the tiers seperatly and then stack them up after ward of not?
I have same size boards per cake and dowling, so i have no worries about it all falling apart.
Just not to sure what would be easier.

Help please asap!!! icon_biggrin.gif As its to be picked up friday.

Thanks :)

Ganache sperately, then stack. Impossible to get them smooth when they are stacked. Fondant also needs to be applied before stacking. HTH!

Yes, agree with de_montsoreu's comment. Ganache, let ganache set ( overnight or if you haven't got the time, in the fridge or freezer for 5-10 minutes), dowel and stack. icon_smile.gif
