AWho do I contact about reselling in Missouri?

I was told by the county health department that I could sell to businesses and they could sell my baked goods if I just get on the reseller list. I've googled and spent a lot of time searching in vain.

Maybe start with your county or city health department.

AThe county health department told me about the list. Apparently there is someone to contact on the state level. I've been unable to locate that info.
