If I made some isomalt sugar decorations...can I make them in advance and if so how long do they keep? I assume it must be in a  dry environment?  Once put on cakes how long can they be under refrigeration?Thank you!

AI would never put isomalt in the fridge. Fridges can be very humid.

thank you.....then they should be put on just before serving? Do you know how  they should be stored ?  Thanks again!

Store them in an airtight container or bag and they will last forever.
