I just finished having my inspection done at the kitchen I am renting. It was great. The guy was awesome... he was easy to chat with and didn't make me feel like he was trying to fail me. He asked where I store my stuff... a few quick questions about my recipes... that's about it! I also asked him about building a commercially licensed kitchen in my basement. He was SUPER helpful with that too. I showed him the drawing I had made and he said it looks great. For just making cakes it's not a big deal at all. I was super concerned about it because I am in BC, Canada and everything has read has made me feel like it was near impossible. Thankfully its actually quite easy and I expect in the next month or two he will be back inspecting my home kitchen instead of a rental! YAY. I am just so happy to have had such a positive experience after all my stressing that I thought I should share some positive thoughts!
