How do you do the Chevron pattern like on this cake? Any links to tutorials or videos would be helpful! Is there a cutter or mold that you use? And do you hand paint the gold onto the pattern while it's on the cake?

I also need help with the flowers, what kind of flowers are on this cake? I know the bottom flower is a large rose, but what are the others?

Last thing, I only have one rose cutter, from the wilton flower cutter set, but it doesn't make roses that big. Where can I buy a cutter set that makes very large roses? Or is there a tutorial on how to make them.

Thanks in advance! Here is a photo of the cake...

Craftsy has a course on putting stripes etc on cakes.  The method would work very well for Chevrons.

The small pink flowers, next to the rose, look like hydrangers and the white flowers look like pulled flowers, both on another crafty course.

The blue buds look like balls of icing on wires.
