AI want to make a two-layer cake with a panna cotta layer filling but I don't know how! And I also want to make a batch of cupcakes with a panna cotta filling too! (I don't want to cut a hole in the cupcake and fill it, I want to try to cut it in half and fill it, then let it set then put the top half on. Will that work??) help! Thanks a ton! xo

What about using a pan size smaller ie. if it's 9 inch cake prepare a cake pan(maybe cheesecake type with removable bottom)that is 8 inches.  It would just be one of those cakes that really shouldn't be left sitting out.
