I have the green one, no bells, no whistles.  Took it apart and put it in the dishwasher.  The first few times it was fine but now it won't turn well.  I tried WD-40 on the little ball bearings, but it didn't  work.  Any suggestions?  A new one isn't in the budget...

Same thing happened to me, I had to buy a new one. Now I just use the Wilton one as an extra stand in my fridge if I'm working on tiered cakes.

I think I am going to call Wilton and discuss this issue.  It should not have happened and they need to be able to stand by their products.

I don't know, I will chat with them about the dishwasher.  As it is for food, it should be dishwasher safe....for sanitization purposes.  Everything else cake related I own is dishwasher safe.

AI had to go look at my old turn table ( my husband bought me a nice wooden one at bed, bath and beyond) anyways looking at the white and green turn table I can't figure out how to take it apart it looks like it would for sure break if I tried to pull it apart.

Wilton said they would replace my turntable.  I am so happy about this, they are very interested in keeping customers happy.
