AHello everyone! I am fairly new to cake central and am enjoying every bit of it! Everyone is so kind and helpful when us cake decorators are in a pickle!! I was just curious about this one topic though.. Has anyone ever used chocolate transfer sheets before? I would like to start decorating cupcakes with them but have no clue where to start. I am pretty sure that you just pour melted chocolate on to the sheets(as I saw in a utube video) but that's as far as I really know. If anyone could give me any advice or tips as to how to use chocolate transfer sheets on chocolate to garnish cupcakes(or just in general) I would greatly appreciate it!!

I pour my melted chocolate or candy melts over the transfer sheet and let it start to harden.  When it is firm but not completely hard, I use cookie cutters to cut shapes from the chocolate.  I don't remove the shapes right away, I let them harden completely and then peel them out.  Voila!

I purchased chablon mats to use with my chocolate transfer sheets. They are very easy to use and provide stunning results!
