There's an abundance of pricing charts on what to charge for your basic decorated cookie. Any suggestions on what to charge for confections decorated with Sugarveil?

For cookies decorated with Sugar Veil or edible images, I take my basic price and then add on from there.  For EI cookies, I figure if it costs me $2.40 per sheet (printer, materials, etc.) and I get 6 cookies per sheet, I upcharge $0.50 per cookie and require orders to be in quantities of 6 so I don't have any leftover.

I have only done cookies with SV once and they were for a layout for a national magazine so I did not charge for them.  If I were to do it again, I would figure out the material cost of one batch of SV, how many cookies I get from a single batch and divide up the cost per cookie.  I figure SV and EI take about the same time as a traditionally decorated cookie because there is more pre-icing work, but the icing time is actually pretty quick, but if there is more detail you might boost your base price as well.

Good luck!
