How Do I Get A Dark Blue Color In White Chocolate?

I am making little chocolate decorations for my cupcakes....but I cannot get it a dark blue??? I am using the food coloring for chocolate....can I add another color to get it darker? I used pretty much the whole bottle of the blue and it is still pretty light....

Buy Merckens candy melts in both black and blue.  Use about 1 part black and 3 parts blue ones to get a good dark base.  Then add navy blue POWDER food color  (LorAnn brand)
