Hi everyone!

I am about to make my first purchase of boxes. I am sick of never having them on hand. I really love the BRB brown box, and I know I want to do the 10 x 10 size. I do a lot of 8" round cakes but they are 4" or higher every time. BRB doesn't make a cake box taller than 4" in the pretty brown I like. The highest height they have is 6" in the natural color, which I don't love but it is way cheaper.

My question is, do you think that having cupcakes in a 6" tall box is going to be too much of a reach into the box? And is it okay to get the 4" tall box but have to tape it every time for cakes? I do a lot of cupcakes and I'd love to have boxes on hand. I figured I'd get the most bang out of my buck if I got a size that would work for cupcakes and cakes.

Please let me know your thoughts and experiences. This is a big purchase for me. Thanks!

Anyone? Opinion on whether or not it matters to have 4" versus 6" tall cake box for cupcakes?
