Does anyone know where to buy Rose Spirits to use in decorating with the different powders and luster dusts?  Thank you

You can just use Everclear or Vodka to mix with the dusts.

Yes, I heard about the others...but someone mentioned Rose Spirits is the best because it evaporates even faster nearly 100% alcohol.  Thank you for commenting ...I appreciate your input! :) Thanks again!!

Everclear comes in 95% alcohol by volume. That's almost 100%.

I don't know where you buy spirits in New York (in addition to grocery and Target-type stores, we also in Washington state have special stores that sell only spirits--e.g., gin, vodka, scotch), but you could ask them to get you some rose spirits.
