AIt's only April 7th, but I am desperate to find a chiffon cake using pineapple, bananas and coconut! Can anyone help me?

My daughter requested a cake using those ingredients for her birthday, which is June 7th! I found a hummingbird cake recipe that MIGHT do the trick, but I wanted to see if there was anything else out there.

PS I can use imitation rum, but not the alcoholic version. Thanks again!
