Hello everyone,

I was just wondering, when we do cookies and decorate them in a character theme like Disney is there any copyright regulations we need to know?  I see them all over the internet so I am assuming its fine, but in case someone asks me I would like to know the guidelines.

Thank you.

even though they are all over--no it is a big copyright problem and disney is very controlling about thier images

so what you can do is request permission from the legal department of whichever company you want -- some will grant permission, some will never respond and some will deny of course

and you can use lucks brand and other decorations specifically designed and sold to satisfy copyright issues

you can also design a cake as the background for whatever character the client wants to put on after delivery
