New issue won't download

I've tried downloading the new issue for the past two days, since getting the email notification about it. I keep getting a network error when it's about 80% downloaded.

 

It would appear no one from the magazine actually cares to respond to these issues that are posted, but who knows, maybe this time?

(One can dream, I know.)

I wasn't able to download it either.  I tried several times and now its *expired*.I just sent them an email.  Please resend new link.

Ok seriously, this is ridiculous.
Anyone from the magazine or official person this site ever read these posts or respond to any of the emails sent to customer service?

From the number of complaints, I'm guessing "no". I'd love to be proved wrong.

It seems Cake Central has no problem with ignoring individual customers. Sure, a subscription price individually doesn't amount to much.
But hundreds of people with individual subscriptions? That adds up, Cake Central.

Sounds like a class action to me. I'm married to an attorney who would just lovvvvve to set up a class action.

Just saying. For now.

Can we get a response, please?

Did you pay for the magazine with a credit card? If so, call your credit card company and file a dispute (since you are not getting what you paid for), that should get their attention.

That's not the point. I doubt I can claim a refund if I've gotten some of the issues, anyway, but the point is how many hundreds of people have had issues with this magazine, and their complete lack of regard for the customers they have gotten money from, as evidenced by the sheer number of people who have had issues and nary a response for any of them.
I can understand it if it was just a bunch of complaints on this forum, but direct emails to customer service with zero response? Negative reports on the BBB and not even a "meh." from the magazine.
