Cake Serving Size...

I will be making a party cake for 50 guests and wanted to know what size would be best...the cake will be 3 layers and the customer doesnt have preference as to what shape cake...any suggestions as to what size cake? thanks! :)

We use this chart by Wendy's Cake Art for our sizes...

I wouldn't think so...you are doing a 3 layer cake...

A 4" tall 9"x13" cake serves 50... this is the industry standard chart:

Sorry....I misunderstood your question... We don't use the wedding servings unless its a wedding cake.  We just prefer this chart because it gives people more of what they think of as a "serving" where we live..  The standard serving size is a bit small for our customer base...lol
