Searching for ovens for my new store. I don't like convection and it isn't easy to find commercial ovens in non convection. I am looking at bakers prides hearthbake series of countertop ovens. Has anyone used them or have opinions/ideas on ovens for a growing cake business?

did you look at a deluxe radiant ray?? it is a soft convection and a really nice oven for baking

i got mine for a great price from jim at  www.restaurantsolutionsinc.com in marietta georgia 770-421-1999

several years ago though--got a much better price than the discount from deluxe which is in bradenton florida

love this oven!

it has a fan and circulates the air but it doesn't blow the parchment off the pan as regular convection can in my experience

earlene moore has an article about the deluxe on her website earlenescakes.com

it's a nice oven
