My daugther wants a snow white birthday party. I was going to make a snow white using the wonder mold, and a castle. Upon further thought, I decided I should make a cottage instead of a castle since you don't really see snow white in a castle but for the beginning, she's mostly in the dwarves' cottage. I was going to use Wilton's stand up house mold. I also wanted to make each dwarf using the mini wonder mold pan. My question is this:
Well, I guess it's 2 questions:

1. what would you suggest to use for the dwarf body? I'm using a doll for the snow white so I have her torso. I was going to use clip art of the face of the dwarf and glue it on something, but can't think of what to glue it on to have some sort of a torso. Any thoughts?

2. Should I make 2 of the houses and stack them together, or is one sturdy enough? Also, any thought on different decorating techniques for the cottage?

Ok, I lied, I also have another question about a different cake I'm doing for a friend's daughter's 6th bday. I just did her sister's cinderella doll cake and a castle cake to go along with it. She wants a Belle doll cake. I could do another castle, but thought maybe I could come up with something else to go with Belle. The only thing I've thought of is maybe the Wilton book pan since Belle loves to read. Any other ideas or embellishmenst for this?

Suggestion: Put the house in the upper left corner design the house all most like the one in the cartoon. Grass tip to make hay on the house. From the front door make a path way down to the lower right corner. You can used crushed vanilla cookies. You can put snow white at the front door and the lower right corner have the dwafts walking towards her.

Lower left corner you can put lost of drop flowers and or writh happy birthday and then put the flower in the upper corner.

After that you daughter can play with snow white and the dwafs.

Not sure if you like the idea, I could not figure out how to make the dwafs.
