What is the flower on this cake and how do I make it??

Customer sent this picture to me so I could try and re-create the large flowers..I normally don't do gumpaste flowers but these look easy enough..What is the name of it and what cutters would I need?Is there a tutorial?

i cant really see the detail in the yellow one due to lighting, so im going by the blue/purple one on bottom. it looks like its just different sized circles that were ruffled then stacked to look like a flower. thats the way i would do it, anyway, if i was brought a pic of that and was told to recreate the flower. hope that helps.
