I don't know how much that is, as I am in the US, but I have to say it is SO CUTE!! (And copyright laws don't allow for you to charge for this design:-D )
I would rather make 1 cake for $150, than 3 for $50 each.
The person who works for nothing will always have plenty to do!
My sarcasm is good-humored. People generally really like me, in person ;-)

I would have charged £40 for a 7" base cake plus whatever the wee birdies would cost to buy; looking at Asda they're about £12-20 for a set.
It would help you to work out how much it cost you to make (dont forget cake board and fuel for the car if you delivered it) and then how long it took you (including baking and clearing up) and divide the proffit by your hours; see what 'wage' you earned.
As a quick go-to price I once worked out a conservative total cost of £1.20* per oz of flour used in a pound cake recipe with, BC, jam and sugarpaste (fondant) covered cake plus £2.50 for cake board and box, that lets me do a quick calculation of "it won't cost me more than £x, cakes around here sell for about £y, and that leaves me £z as a wage: is that worth it for me?!"
(* so a 4" tall 7" round pound cake for me uses 10oz flour: 10oz x £1.20 is £12 + 2.50 for my box and board = £14.50 cost; leaving me with £25.50)
