I am wondering if anyone can recommend a excellent tasting champagne to use for my champagne cupcakes. Last time I used Barefoot champagne, think the flavor was moscato. It was good, but cupcake itself was SO sweet! Any suggestions? Thank you

I use Andre Pink Champagne for my Pink Champagne Cake/ Cupcakes.  It is inexpensive and has a strong flavor that doesn't require you to use too much.  HTH
