I am going to make a sculpted cake, and I was wondering how many metal flower nails I would need for an 11 X15 sheet cake.  I don't usually make sheet cakes, and when I do I always realize I need a heating core...

I use 2 in my 11 x 15 and also in my 12 x 18.  Perfect.
