Dear All,

I am baking a sponge cake for a friend and want to cover it with non-dairy whipped cream. I live in India and weather is hot and stuffy here. The problem is that It takes me 2-3 hours to deliver the cake to the location. Would the whipped cream melt by the time it reaches? Please let me know for any questions.
