Can anyone recommend any 'How To' books for sugar/gum paste orchids??

Hi Hayley,

 

I don't know what your skill level is, but my favorite book on orchids is "Sugar Orchids for Cakes" by Alan Dunn. He is just about my favorite sugar artist and his instructions are quite clear. I'm sure you will find others who have their favorites, but I am really happy with this resource.

 

You might also Google gum paste or sugar orchids for there are a number of videos available.

I second this, his orchids and roses books are excellent.

If they are anything like his Ultimate Collection of Cake Decorating then they will be suberb.  This is a fabulous book for a mix of flowers.
