Hi everyone!!

I would like to know your opinion on how much you would charge for this cake, it  was 18x12, half vanilla, half marble.. Filled with fresh strawberries and whipped frosting, covered in butter cream... Castle made out of fondant/gum paste(no cake inside)... All made from scratch including doll... Castle took me about two weeks to make.

Thank you!!!

AWhat?!! Way too little!! 18x 12 serves 98 according to Wilton. That size sheet cake with no filling & simple decor is worth $150.

If you haven't already, do some research about pricing including reading the article on the cake boss software site. There are several price matrixs here on cake central.

Do yourself a favor and really cost out all your ingredients and time. You will be very surprised.

OMG!!! I always under price cakes its just that Idk how to price them.... I mean, when they are costume made, it is really hard for me to price cakes... I'll take a look at the cake boss thing you said... That's why I ask you guys because I'm not good at pricing at all.. I know that I can set the price per slice, but with cakes with a lot of work I am lost lol....thank you Delisciousdesserts!!!!!  Sorry for late replying too.. I'm very busy mom lol
