Hey fellow bakers, I have a question for anyone who has used or is using Dawns Icing. I would like to know if it is good quality and goes smoothly on a cake (without air bubbles etc.) Also how is the taste? I am considering switching over to this and getting it wholesale but would like to hear some opinions on it first. Thanks in advance!

I have. When a client asks for "traditional" frosting, this is what I offer. I add some vanilla, salt, & almon to mine. Otherwise, it's tasteless.
It is very smooth but it is also very sticky. It's harder to clean off my spatula than my homemade buttercream.
My husband doesn't care for it, he prefers mine.
It's less expensive, can be true white (so great for coloring & piping), & very smooth. You'll née I be sure you fill your bowl to cover the beater or it will be awful loose & full of bubbles.

It's never "just cake!"
You may get a cake for $way to little but you won't get this cake!
