I am pretty new to the business, but I have sold a few tiered cakes. I think your pricing is very good. A lot of work in the flowers that are gorgeous. I would love to know ow you put them together to cascade them as I am not quite there yet. I have failed so many times at trying to do this. Would appreciate any advice ou could give.

As for the cascade, this was my first as well, so I just did what I thought would work after watching some youtube tutorials and from some previous class knowledge. Some of the flowers were made on toothpicks and others on paper cover wired. l placed them on the cake one by one until I achieved the look and balance of flowers I was aiming for. I think that alone took about an hour of me being indecisive...lol. It also helps that I sketched out the cake before hand too, so I knew what I wanted the cascade to look like. I really wanted it to "bloom" as it got to the base of the cake. I hope this helps. You can PM me for any more details if needed. Again, thanks so much!
