AThis is my very first cake with fondant. I know it's plain and boring looking, but I really just wanted a feel for the fondant and how it all goes together. I know it's not near perfect at all, but I'm still happy with it.
i think your cake is beautiful, and i am impressed with your efforts. congrats on such a beautiful cake!
be it your first or 100th, it is awesome!
I also make my own. It just takes some time to get used to. Had to expirment a bit but I'm getting the hang of it!
Great job!
You did a great job!!! It looks very smooth!!! A hint for your balls though...roll your fondant out to the same thickness, take a circle cutter, cut them out and then roll...This way, they will all be the same size :)
AThat is a great trick Ducky316. I always rolled a rope and cut into equal lengths but your way is faster and more accurate. Simple genius!
AThank you for the info on the balls! I was going to do a search on here of how they are done.
