I am in the process of learning to play with buttercream This is my second attempt at getting it smooth. Last time I cheated and covered with lots of fondant decorations, this time I went for the more naked look. I know the top edges are not crisp, nor the sides perfect (maybe this will come with more practice) but what I am really interested in hearing about is the flower placement. I don't think it is quite right. What does it need?
