When I bake my cupcakes they rise well, and when they are done, on removing from the oven they kind of sink in the middle, can anyone tell me what am I doing that's wrong? Thanks for sharing

AMine done that too at first but before removing from oven cut it off and crack the oven door for about 10 minutes then take them out and let cool. This worked for me. Happy Baking!

Your cupcakes might be underbaked. Leave them in the oven for a few extra minutes.

Make sure that they are completely cooked, especially in the inside, before taking them out of the oven. Insert some cake testers?
