For dipping oreo's for pops what kind of choc that wont melt later

I have seen white choc, dark etc, but can you use almond bark val.

I want something that I can make a week before on these and pretzels that wont melt if I don't keep them in the fridge.

Merckens.  Definitely won't melt unless it gets hot.  Its fine at room temp.
