Hola soy de Colombia y estoy comenzando con un pequeño negocio de cupcakes, pero debido a que las recetas son tan variadas y los frosting también, creo que voy a tener que hacerlos en diferentes precios. Alguien me dijo que para venderlos necesitaba poner un precio standart para cupcakes sencillos y otro para los que fueran decorados con fondant, pero opino que dentro de la categoría de sencillos deben haber diferentes precios porque por ejemplo , en un cupcake de chocolate con cubierta de chocolate blanco, no me gasto lo mismo, que en uno de bainilla con cubierta de merengue suizo. ¿Ustedes que opinan?

Saludos... bueno, yo lo que haria seria sacar un precio promedio y entonces todos los cupcakes que tengan el mismo precio, o categorizarlos como basicos (un precio) y premium (otro precio) por ponterte un ejemplo. Dentro de los premium puedes poner los de pasta laminada o decoraciones especiales y sabores exoticos o diferentes.

Hola te recomiendo lo siguiente; debes tener un costo de cada gramo que utilizas en tus recetas, eso es muy importante, de esta manera como seguro tu negocio va a crecer, si tienes gente que trabajará para ti, tan solo le das procentajes a usar y tendras el costo real de tus cup cakes, por ejemplo:
El costo del gramo de harina es de 0.001 ctvs, entonces si la receta te pide 250 gramos de harina, ya sabras cuánto gastaras con respecto a este ingrediente, al inicio es un poco aburrido hacerlo, pero esto te va a ayudar a crecer con pastelera, bendiciones
