Hello all,

I am working on an italian cream cake for some friends.  Has anyone made this with extender?  I am unable to find any posts or blogs that talk about an i.c.c. recipe and adding the extender.

What has been your experience if you have done so?  While I often use extender, I have never done one with such a moist cake.
