Just joined, and have already learned so much
I have had a cupcake business for about 6 month now and have made a few small cakes for about 30 people. My best friend wants me to make her wedding cake for about 65 people. We live in Florida, and the wedding will be outside. The type of cake she wants is a strawberry Bavarian cream cake. I've never made a wedding cake before and I am freaking out ! Any tips?Especially for the fact that it will be outside and the weather has been very on and off here. Also, how much should I charge?
