Congratulations and almost Happy Birthday.  I think the hot pink with zebra stripes is cool for an 18th.  Then you can add any other decorations on top like black open roses.  Good luck

Hmm. I baked and decorated my own last two birthday cakes, and added decoration to a cake from the grocer, for the birthday before that. And I plan on doing the same this year.

So you're in good company.

Not that the birthday cake plans of a 50-year-old man about to turn 51 in a few months (51. Hmm. Squad 51. Engine 51. How about a cake inspired by the old Emergency! TV series? Beep-boop-BUZZZZZZZ! <Sam Lanier's voice> Station 51, structure fire started by a birthday cake </Sam Lanier's voice>) are at all relevant to those of a young woman turning 18.

(As many times as I've mentioned my cake plans, it had better turn out good!)

If you go to pinterest and type 'teen cakes' into the search bar, some good ones come up.

Purses, high heel shoes, ruffles, zebra stripes like the other ladies said, black and hot pink together and topsy turvy cakes all come to mind when I think of cakes for teenage girls :)
