I'm looking to find out how to get or make dark brown colored fondant. If I add a lot of color my MMF tends to get so sticky and gooey and messy, its then so hard to roll it out. Any suggestions on how to obtain that dark shade?

Yes, chocolate fondant is the way I would go. Satin Ice makes a very tasty one or, if you want to make your own, I'd recommend a variation of Michele Foster's recipe - it's here in the recipe section.
There's so many different versions of Michele Fosters Chocolate fondant recipe. Is there one version that you rely on and use? If yes, can you please send me the direct link to that recipe?
