Hi there

I'm trying to make rope out of ready roll icing, ive been told you can do it but mine keeps breaking.

Can any one give me a reliable method of getting long even rope strands.

Also cookie dough presses, does any one know if you can get some that will be okay to use on sugarpaste at all?

Really need some help

AUse a clay extractor. You can find them at a Micheals or hobby lobby. It will work with sugarpaste, just be sure to work fast. I'd use fondant, if at all possible...so you have more time to work with.

AI think I may have misunderstood what you are trying to do. I thought you were trying to make a rope with rolled fondant icing. What is ready roll icing?

AOk...I wasn't confused after all. Use the extractor for rope...it'll come out great.
