Hi I have a tatty teddy cake to make for Thursday but it's gluten free and the recipe I have is very light if I made the sponge on Tuesday and put in freezer (never frozen cakes before) over night would it be easier for sculpting going to be similar to this

Hi there, if you sculpt it when it is still partially frozen this will work much better than carving once defrosted. I freeze sponge cakes and they are always fine.

Good luck with it
