AHi I have a tatty teddy cake to make for Thursday but it's gluten free and the recipe I have is very light if I made the sponge on Tuesday and put in freezer (never frozen cakes before) over night would it be easier for sculpting going to be similar to this [IMG]http://cakecentral.com/content/type/61/id/2931891/width/200/height/400[/IMG]

Hi there, if you sculpt it when it is still partially frozen this will work much better than carving once defrosted. I freeze sponge cakes and they are always fine.
