Need some suggestions for donation

Thread Starter

My 15 year old helper, who also happens to be my BF niece, passed away on Monday from the flu.

I am putting on a benefit to help them pay for expenses, and I would like to make a pretty significant donation, and something other than the standard gift certificate. By donation, something that can be auctioned off. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank You, Brandi.

I just want to say I am so sorry for all you all are going through, and it has never occurred to me that people can pass from the flu. It is so senseless and tragic when someone so young dies.

Perhaps a fully paid for wedding cake, if you do them. Up to a certain amount of servings or value that you are comfortable with?

I would rather make 1 cake for $150, than 3 for $50 each.

The person who works for nothing will always have plenty to do!

My sarcasm is good-humored. People generally really like me, in person ;-)
